How it works

Three steps. You only approve the card.

  1. Paste your siteScout reads your public pages: your trade, your town, your offers. Nothing behind a login.
  2. We plan the mailingTown mailing: we pick the Canada Post routes around you with the most houses, and Canada Post delivers to every home on them. After a job: the homes closest to that job get your card.
  3. You approve, we mailYou see the proof, the home count and the price first. Nothing prints until you say yes.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

How do you pick homes?

Two ways. A town mailing goes to whole Canada Post routes near you. Canada Post doesn't sort by house age or yard, so we don't promise that. A job mailing goes to the homes closest to a job you just did. The exact count comes with your proof.

Do you have people's names or emails?

No. Canada Post delivers to every home on a route, so we never need names. No names, no emails, and we never buy or sell a list.

How much does it cost?

One price per card, all in: design, printing, Canada Post postage and your results page. See every package and a calculator on the pricing page. Your exact price comes with your proof, before anything prints. The plan and the card draft are free.

How do I know it worked?

Every card has a QR code and a mailing code. The QR opens a short page with your name, your offer and a Call button. We count every scan and you can see the number. Ask callers for the mailing code on the card. A call tracking number is not ready yet.

Where do you work?

Anywhere in Canada that Canada Post delivers.

What we keep, and why

What we keep: your website address, the email and phone you type, and your card.

Why: to send your plan, proof and price.

Who sees it: Eugene, who runs HandyLead, and the services that host the site, take payment and print and mail your card, only what each one needs. We don't sell it.
